TAIWAN, MACAU & CHINA (purchase over hk$2000) FREE

You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail once your order has been successfully transmitted.

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 working days. We do not offer weekend delivery.

Delivery services may be delayed or suspended due to adverse weather conditions or traffic accidents. You will receive a text message within 3 days. The relevant orders will be rescheduled and sent out within 7 working days.

We will not be responsible for any customs fees/import tax incurred from importing goods.

If the goods arrive at the scheduled time and the delivery address failed due to no one receiving or not detailed/wrong address, the shipping fee will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule the delivery, you will need to pay the delivery fee again.
